Privacy Policy
This policy explains what data Gradientic (“we”, “us”) collects when a Wix site owner installs one of our apps, such as Price Calculator, and when visitors of that site use it. It also explains how we use, share and protect that data, and what choices you have.
Who is responsible for the data
For data about site owners and their app settings, Gradientic is the controller. Requests that visitors send through a calculator belong to the site owner who installed the app; for that data the site owner is the controller and we process it on their behalf, only to deliver it to them. What we collect

How we use it
- To run the app: show the calculator on the site, save its settings and show requests in the app’s dashboard.
- To email new requests to the site owner, at the address they set in the app.
- To manage plans, the free trial and access to paid features.
- To answer support messages and send essential service emails.
- To keep the service secure, prevent abuse and fix problems.
We do not sell personal data and we don’t use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
We share data only with the providers we need to run the service, under their data processing terms:
- Render: hosting of our servers and database, in the EU (Frankfurt, Germany).
- Resend: delivery of emails such as new-request notifications and support replies, in the EU (Ireland).
- Cloudflare: domain name services and receiving email for our domain.
- Wix: the platform the app runs on; Wix handles installation and payments.
We may also disclose data when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep site and settings data and requests while the app is installed. If the app is removed, we keep this data so that it is restored if the app is installed again, until the site owner asks us to delete it. Site owners can delete individual calculators in the app at any time, and can ask us to delete all of their data by writing to support@gradientic.io; we do so within 30 days. Technical logs are kept for a short period and then deleted.
How we protect it
- All traffic to our servers and to email providers is encrypted with HTTPS/TLS.
- Our database is hosted by Render, which encrypts stored data.
- Every request to the app is checked against a token issued by Wix, and settings, requests and billing are available only to the owner of the site.
- Access to our systems is limited to the people who need it to run the service.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, to object to or restrict its use, and to complain to a data protection authority. Site owners can exercise these rights by writing to us. Visitors who sent a request through a calculator should contact the site owner first, since the request belongs to them; we will help the site owner with it.
Children
Our apps are meant for businesses and are not directed at children under 16.
Changes
We may update this policy. When we do, we change the date at the top; for important changes we let site owners know.
